SPRING - YELLOW LABEL A light coloured honey, starting with a full rich floral flavour and finishing with a citrus hit. Delicious served on top of granola and yoghurt, a sugar replacement in coffee, or slapped straight onto toast. Due to the nature and makeup of the honey from this time of the year, the honey can set quickly and can set solid. This is natural when it is not kept at a consistently warm temperature (the bees do this in the hive). Putting the jar into some warm water for a few hours will soften and unset the honey again. |

SUMMER HONEY - BLUE LABEL A robust medium coloured honey with floral overtones that bring the taste of summer to your home. Best eaten smeared on a warm crumpet, or just straight from the spoon. We like it best stirred into fresh root ginger and lemon tea during the winter to help fend off winter colds. |

AUTUMN - GREEN LABEL This one packs a wallop. We have not had honey this dark before. Its a dark auburn/nutty brown with a really deep caramel flavour. You dont need much of this on your morning toast as it really hits the taste buds. The punch of flavour leads to a little less sweetness from the honey, but it still absolutely wonderful. |
