Wildwing Honey is run by award winning beekeeper James Curtis. We produce distinctive, hand crafted honey of exceptional quality.Each jar contains unprocessed honey harvested from ethically managed hives located in the Chelmsford area. Suffused with a rich bouquet of aromatic flavours, the honeys unique character is produced from the wild wanderings of Wildwing’s bees. We are BBKA certified beekeepers, registered with DEFRA and have been on the committee of the Chelmsford Beekeepers Division. We have been featured on BBC Essex Dave Monk Show, have been involved in a promotional event at Hyde Park for ITVs screening of a TV series about Gerrald Durrell, and will be appearing in June 2016 at the ‘Best of Essex’ in Maldon
